Quick Bio: Jay was born and raised near Mathews Beach, in Seattle. Currently in his second year at the University of Washington, Jay is studying International Economics and through his time as an intern at Lake Union Capital, has ambitions of working in the field(s) of investment banking and/or the financial advising. A skier for over 17 years, he also was an instructor through all 4 years of high school. Currently he logs 50+ days a year on the slopes and plays goalkeeper for his IMA soccer team. In addition to serving as captain of his high school soccer team, Jay has gained valuable leadership experience through his position as a Student Coordinator at the HUB, scheduling and coordinating the efforts of the 30-40 student employees. This summer, Jay plans to climb Mt. Rainier, as well as return for his sixth summer of employment at Appian Way Construction.
